We get up really early today, and after our last breakfast at the lodge we take the short walk through the jungle to the River Tuichi. Here we board our canoe and navigate downstream back to Rurrenabaque. Once in Rurrenabaque we make our way to the airport, where we await our flight to La Paz.
After lunch we have time to buy some souvenirs and visit the local market in the center of the city, and we also visit the witch market.
We continue our journey to the city of Potosi, the source of thousands of tons of silver which financed all the Spanish wars in the years gone by. At 4000m it is also one of the highest situated cities of this size in the world. We arrive there around lunch time, after lunch we visit the museum of Casa de Moneda.
