Leaving early in the morning and driving along the grasslands to a riverside of the river Yacuma where we board canoes and navigate along the river to our rustic campsite. There is plenty of wildlife to be seen during the trip, including caimans, turtles, capybaras, lots of birds and even a monkey or two. Once it gets dark we get out on the River again, this time to observe the local nightlife.
