Our tour continues with a visit to the fossilized dinosaur tracks which have been uncovered in the cement works not far from Sucre. This is supposed to be one of the largest sites of this kind in the world. There are tracks from various species of dinosaurs on a cliff face that have been exposed during quarry operations, the local guide explains to which species it is believed each set of tracks belongs to.
After lunch we continue our sightseeing tour with the visit of convent Recoleta. This convent has also a small museum, and as it is located up on a hill above Sucre, there are beautiful views from there of the whole town. We continue our tour by descending down to the town passing by several churches.
